Terms of use
Draft version — October 2026
1. Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone who registers a player profile, uploads a photo or video, submits a highlight, or uses the scout and sponsor features on the Josriri platform.
2. Open registration
Player registration is free and open to any competitive athlete in a covered sport. Registering does not create a representation relationship with Josriri — it creates a public (or, for minors, guardian-gated) profile only.
3. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate information about yourself (or, for a guardian registering a minor, about the player). Josriri reserves the right to remove profiles, photos or highlights found to contain false or misleading statistics or claims.
4. Photos, videos and highlights
You may upload only photos and videos of yourself (or, for a guardian, of the child you represent) that you have the right to share. You grant Josriri a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote them on the platform. Every photo, uploaded video and highlight link is reviewed before it appears publicly, and we may decline or remove any of them. Uploads are limited in size and must be JPEG, PNG or WebP images and MP4, MOV or WebM videos.
5. Managed Athlete representation
Full-service representation (contract negotiation, transfer facilitation, sponsorship brokerage) is a separate, formal agreement entered into only with athletes selected for the Managed Athlete programme, and — for football — only involves FIFA-licensed agents where required by the FIFA Football Agent Regulations. Being listed in the open directory does not imply any such agreement exists.
6. Minors
Where a player is under 18, a parent or guardian must register on their behalf and provide consent as described in the Privacy Policy. Josriri reserves the right to request verification of guardian identity.
7. Introductions
Scouts, clubs and sponsors ask for an introduction through the platform. Josriri reviews each request and may decline it. Josriri does not promise that an introduction will lead to a trial, contract, sponsorship or any other outcome, and an athlete (or guardian) is free to ignore or decline any request.
8. Prohibited use
- Impersonating another person or organisation.
- Submitting fabricated statistics, achievements, photos or highlight content.
- Uploading images or videos of other people without their permission.
- Contacting players or guardians outside the platform's introduction process, particularly where a minor is involved.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform develops; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
